Bull’s Eye on Food – an interactive, web-based cookbook from Dallas celebrity chef David Bull – acts as your virtual sous-chef, with a serving size calculator that generates a grocery list to accommodate the size of your dinner party and provides cooking demonstrations to deconstruct the more complex recipes.  The party-planner function even lets you customize place cards and dinner invitations, taking the heat off you outside of the kitchen.
