And I wanted to clarify that while the dinner was won at a charity auction at Mirabelle, the actual dinner/wine tasting took place at the Cafe at the Four Seasons in Las Colinas (near Dallas). It was my first time at this Four Seasons hotel and it was great---we highly recommend this restaurant and this resort, and James of course. When you have a Master Sommelier who also went to culinary school, you get the best of both worlds for the food/wine pairings!
