You rock!! I am proud of you. Listening to you explain and defend your choices, using words I have no knowledge of, I get a sense your passion. I can hear and see how much you’ve learned over the years. It’s very impressive. It’s like an artist with foods and wines…you compare the layers of tastes, the textures of the food, the whole experience. I’ve learned something listening to the videos and I’m in awe.
